Sponsorship Levels
COMPANY LOGO IN ALL PRINT MARKETING:
Festival Poster: 1,ooo full color distributed throughout Sonoma and parts of Marin Counties.
Festival Postcard: 30,000 piece run. 12,000 direct mailed to previous festival patrons.
Print Advertising: We run print ads in all daily, weekly and monthly publications in Sonoma and Marin Counties, as well as the San Francisco Chronicle Pink Section, and other selected dailies.
Festival Program: 35,000 copies inserted in the North Bay Bohemian. 6,000 copies distributed at the festival
RADIO MENTIONS:
Top Lobsters will be mentioned as such in all of our radio advertising, including ads on KRSH, The River, Q105, The Mix and KJZY.
FESTIVAL BOOTH:
All Top Lobsters may have a 10’x 20’ booth at the festival in a prominent location for marketing purposes.
PROMOTIONAL BANNERS:
All Top Lobsters are given prominent display space for 2 promotional banners at the festival.
WEBSITE LINK:
This page will have a link to sponsor logos and website in late May, and all Top Lobsters will have web links if desired.
FESTIVAL SPECIAL PERKS:
All Top Lobsters who are present at the festival are invited guests to our after hours catered party.
All Top Lobsters who are present at the festival will have passes to our vendor and guest Hospitality Tent.
Top Lobsters receive 10 vouchers for wine or beer glasses and tasting tickets at the Wine and Microbrewed Beer Tasting.
Top Lobsters receive 10 food vouchers for the festival food booths.
Top Lobsters receive 10 festival t-shirts.
