Wine Country Festivals Visitor's Guide

The festival is held in a beautiful part of western Sonoma County. You might like to spend a night in the area and explore the spectacular coast, the multitude of wineries, the magnificent parks, just to mention a few features of this region. Bodega and the surrounding area

Famous for the Hitchcock movie "The Birds", this tiny village on Bodega  Highway (Highway 12), just off coast Highway 1, is the ideal bucolic locale for strolling, shopping and exploring. Don't miss the historic schoolhouse,  church and charming antique shops and galleries. And Bodega is just minutes away from the magnificent beaches of the Sonoma coast.

Directions to the Bodega Festival

There are two ways to get to the festival, depending on where you are coming from:

1) If you are driving from the south take the Washington St. exit in Petaluma, and follow it west. It eventually becomes Bodega Ave., many miles later becomes Highway 1, follow it through the town of Valley Ford for aprox. 6 more miles, and then turn
right onto Bodega Highway. The festival will be on your left about 3/4 of a mile up the road. Approximate time 30 minutes from Petaluma.

2) If you are coming from Santa Rosa area, or north, take the Highway 12 West exit and follow it west, through
Sebastopol and it will take you directly to the site. The festival will be on your right. Approximate time: 20 minutes
from Sebastopol.
